Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted immediately — there is no waiting period.
If you no longer have the app installed, email support@bimetis.fit from the email address registered to your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm your identity before processing the request.
Deleting your account permanently removes, immediately and with no grace period:
This is a permanent hard delete, not a deactivation — nothing above is recoverable once deletion completes.
Canceling or deleting your app account does not cancel an active subscription — subscriptions are billed and must be canceled separately through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, per our Terms of Service.
Aggregated, de-identified analytics data that can no longer be tied back to you may be retained, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
