Bimetis LLC ("Bimetis", "we", "us") operates the Bimetis mobile application. Contact: support@bimetis.fit.

Bimetis is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a user under 18, we will delete it promptly.

We maintain reasonable physical, technical, and administrative measures designed to protect your personal data. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data transmitted through the online services.

7. AI processing — Anthropic / Claude

Your training profile, goals, and workout history are transmitted to Anthropic, PBC ("Anthropic") to generate and adapt your training programs using Anthropic's Claude AI. Anthropic acts as a data processor on our behalf and processes this data solely in accordance with our agreement with Anthropic to provide services to us.

Your personal data is retained for as long as your account is active and for as long as we need it for our legitimate business purposes or for other legal reasons. Aggregate, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

We use these technologies to uniquely identify users and store information or settings in / retrieve such information from the user's browser / device. We will not fulfill your request unless you have provided sufficient information for us to reasonably verify you are the individual about whom we collected personal data. We will only use the personal data provided in the verification process to verify your identity or authority to make a request and to track and document request responses unless you initially provided the information for another purpose.

You may be able to use an authorized agent to submit a rights request on your behalf. When we verify your agent's request, we may verify both your and your agent's identity and request a signed document from you that authorizes your agent to make the request on your behalf. To protect your personal data, we reserve the right to deny a request from an agent that does not submit proof that you have authorized them to act on their behalf.

Residents of California have rights under the "Shine The Light" law to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal data (if any) we disclosed to third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes. 12. Children (COPPA)

Bimetis is not directed at children. We require users to confirm they are 18 or older before creating an account. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at support@bimetis.fit.

13. International transfers

If you access Bimetis from outside the United States, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the app, you consent to this transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely.

We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice before the change takes effect. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent update.
